Great Service from Mark Knight (Canal Walk)

<p>Arranged with my Medical Aid to get an extra supply of medications due to an extended overseas trip. Although the Medical Aid confirmed everything as 'approved' with letters and emails - there was a problem when I went to collect then extra quantities. Thought I'd have to head home, and spend an endless about of time on the phone to sort things out. Fortunately Mark Knight was more than happy to try sort it all on from his end with the Medical aid. He said it might take a while, so left the store not really expecting much to transpire. Within 15 to 20 mins he had telephoned me to say that everything has been sorted out, and all the medicine is ready to be collected. Wow...thank you again, very much appreciated!</p>
