Great service all-round

Dischem Richards Bay. It all started when I wanted a new range to a product they stock; namely Alettes Rusks. Mzimela one of their friendly stuff arranged with the relevant supplier to get the new range on shelf and concurrently run with a promotion the store was currently running: "buy 2 get 1 free." When Mzimela did call me to notify me of the arrival of the new range, I was Unfortunately out bof yown and it seemed I was gonna be unable to take advantage of the promotion and get what I'd requested. Thinking by the time I got back the shelves would be empty from the new-promotion that would Unfortunately attract new & old customers I anxiously called Dischem and was directed to the branch manager, who arranged to make the purchase on my behalf of the new flavors, I'd sought out. As soon as I got back, I made a turn to Dischem and she received me and we exchanged the rusks for her cash, and off I went!
