Great online shopping service

<p>I have used Dischem's online shopping now 4 times already and can only report excellent service.Packing of the order happens the same day the order is placed & I get contacted by the team if they don't have something in stock & a recommendation is made for a similar product.Delivery happens the next day.The one time there was an issue with the payment system for credit cards & my order got cancelled.However the points that I used as part payment didn't reflect back on my account.I contacted the online team & they rectified the IT problem chop-chop.My points were back on my account the next day.With my recent order I got delivered someone else's goodies.I contacted Dischem immediately to report the mixup.Ernest (Nicolway) assisted me and I can only thank him for the professional and efficient manner in which he resolved the matter.Thank you.</p>
