Great medical advise at self medication desk

Today I got the best service at the self medication counter. The dispensing pharmacist was welcoming and so professional while trying to understand my reasons for seeking help, my sun had a terrible episode of coughing fits since last night.

He asked questions without being too invasive and was able to give me relevant advise and medication suitable for my son.

As soon as I have my son the first dose, which he advised should be as we left the store, I could sense the reduced rate of coughs.

I appreciate the professional service received as well as the human touch which carried with it empathy. T Mogal showed me humanity when I was desperate as my doctor is not available on Sundays, meaning I was likely to see good assistance only on Monday had I not gotten relevant medical assistance. At this rate I doubt we will need to go into the doctors office tomorrow.
