Great follow up and follow through

<p>Black friday order failed on payment and after a week of no feedback i followed up only to realise the payment failed. They handled the situation so well by checking the details, escalating me to management to figure out what they could do and then honored my order for the prices on Black friday. #goodservicce - no wonder they listed! Dis-chem deserves great success and it has employeed good stewards of client service and putting the client at the center. </p>
