Great customer service from Simangele at Westgate

I had such a wonderful interaction with Simangele from Dischem in Westgate, one of her colleagues from Greenstone a Jason or Paton was really not helpful, after I told him that I had a repeat prescription loaded at Westgate but wanted the Greenstone branch to deliver because they are closer to my workplace, It turned out I had multiple profiles and instead of assisting me to resolve the issue he told me to call Westgate myself, I was shocked at why I had to call another branch to sort out what seems to be an internal Dischem problem, I definitely did not create multiple profiles myself, but anyway Simangele from Westgate went above and beyond in ensuring the problem was sorted and my medication was delivered, she really deserves a huge high 5 for being so great with customers and taking the time to explain what the issue was and how it has been resolved.
