Great Customer Service from Samantha at Dischem Cresta Cosmetics

I would like to compliments Samantha in the cosmetic section for her excellent customer service.

Sometime last year i went to Dischem Cresta to consult as i had a rash on my face. Samantha assisted me and recommended some products and advised me to return after the rash has cleared.

I went back to the shop yesterday and spoke to Samantha. Samantha was patient with me and took me through the product range before making her recommendation. I also saw her serve 3 other customers with the sane enthusiasm. I just want the management to know that Samantha is a gem. She is very patient with customers and also very knowledgeable.
