Great customer service

I went to mitchellsplain promenade mall to buy medicine on my kaelo health card. So as some may know this medical aid card is full of nonsense. My husband refuse to go to a dischem due to bad customer service so I need to go and accept that kind of treatment. But yesterday a lady helped me I don't remember her name . It starts with a le she is a short colored lady at the pharmacy. Her smile is amazing. The way she talks makes u forget while u wait. U dnt even feel how long u wait. She is an asset. As a ccolored self employed woman. Having to be around such customer service is amazing. I went out with a r1000 worth of items of how good I felt after her service. She needs a raise. As a former retail worker she reminds me of me. The passion the smile the enthusiastic and feelings towards a next person is amazing. I am Jolene I used my medical card.
