Great customer service

So I’m on Dis-Chem website on the 5th of April looking for Hot & icy and deep heat products and I’m trying to locate a store nearby to me and I could find stock by Loftus online . I then decided to call the store and I was amazed by the customer service Tshepiso portrayed to me she took her time and no only checked the system online but left her desk to go check on-hand stock by the store . When I got to the store I was absolutely happy for her patience and the customer services displayed both telephonically and over the phone . I left the store with smiles and till today if I call and she’s not at work I don’t think I’ll wanna be assisted by anyone besides her.
