Great Customer Service

This is just to say a huge THANK YOU to Michelle van Zyl who works as part of the Dischem Customer Careline who assisted me with my Loyalty Card query. I signed up at one of the branches and then never heard anything back ito a welcome email or any communication to say that I was now part of the programme and so I contacted the Dischem Customer Careline. Michelle helped get me on board and also got the store involved to only later find out that the cashier had made a mistake when she captured the card details, etc <br> <br> Michelle kept me updated and provided me with feedback every step of the way - And I want to say THANK YOU to her for keeping me in the loop and for making sure that I was attended to. I really do appreciate your efforts in this regard.
