Great Attitude and follow up

I have always been a fan of Dis-Chem,and although we have more than one Branch ,I have just always preferred Savannah Centre.All the staff members are friendly and extremely helpful. On Tuesday 28 July I was in this shop looking for a new product that I saw in the Dis--chem magazine,the product was already sold out,and the other branch was called and happened to be out of stock as well. I was guided to customer service where my detail was requested in order to phone me when the product would be in stock again.I comp**** but did not really expect anything to come from this.As we are all used to that line. To my surprise I got a phone call from Lydia the very next day to inform me that the product was on its way to them ,and she would inform me when the stock arrives.This phone call left me pleasantly surprised, as good customer service is extremely rare to find these days.<br> Well done Lydia and Dis-Chem Savannah Team
