My dad was hospitalised they refused to have him moved from public hospital to private as it was not an “emergency”. After a month long of back and forth I got a referral letter to a specialist they ignored the email and didn’t give GOP. Long story short my father passed away without even getting the specialist approval. I do not recommend it at all I wish I saw all bad reviews on Instagram before they got deleted
