Good service received from Dis-chem

Hi,

We recieved great service from the Dis-chem at East Rand Retail Park when they took the loss on the prescribed medicine. The doctor prescribed a medicine which was not suitable for a 3 week old baby. The pharmisist gave the prescribed medicine. When we found that the baby cannot consume the medicine, the doctor prescribed something else (although she incorrectly blamd Dis-chem). Upon returning to Dis-chem, they agreed to refund us, just because of the Doctor accusing them. As customers, we appreciate this gesture of theirs, on medicine which was over R650
