<p>Hi, this is Advocate K Ledwaba.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife joined the Baby Programme at 38 weeks and would like to enquire from the Head Office as to when she will receive her welcome pack. She was initially assisted by Lindokuhle who was very very useful and has exceptional customer service. Today she was assisted by another angel Elizabeth who was also very useful not to mention her friendliness. They both played their roles in assisting and it's now up to the head office to DECIDE as to whether my wife gets her welcome bag or not. her EDD is 6 November but remember it's plus or minus 14 days meaning she is due any day from now. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly revert back to me with a definite answer as l am the one to go collect it on her behalf from Rosebank and we staying in Protea Glen, Soweto.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your response will be appreciated. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards, </p> <p> </p> <p>Advocate K Ledwaba. </p>
