good customer service

I bought a combination lock from dischem on Friday . it did not work as per instructions.I took it back to dischem to have it checked out. On arrival at the store I was treated very politely and referred to the manager. On checking on the operations of the product I was duly given another as replacement. Portia was extremely helpful by running around and helping me. a good start to any day.
