Good customer service

Hi Today I was at Maponya Mall in Soweto Ohh what a good service I received from the lady who called Maureen Luthuli she's so good when you ask for help she gives you the best I've noticed that because it's not a first time I was help by her So today I went to customer service desk cause I wanted to compliment her so I asked the lady who was there to call me a manager which she did and the manager who was talking to me was so helpless believe me he didn't even have time to listen to me instead he sent me to the help desk and i walked out He was so helpless i was not happy about him

To Maureen keep it up you such a good example to Dischem stuff
