Going the xtra mile

Liza Albers has really gone the extra mile, my white leather bag, new, had a pen mark after signing a document, i said hairspray, and within a second she had the hairspray and cotton wool, the pen-mark is gone!!!also the new manager is great, and all the other staff, including Bongani, the beautician ladies, cashiers, they are all a pleasure to deal with.
