This one is not for is-Chem solely, but for a gentleman named Nathi Mbewe at Dischem in Green Valley.

Nathi made exceptional arrangements for me on a Sunday to assist me with a purchase of a product not available in his store. He went the extra mile to ensure that I don't have to drive far or follow up on his outstanding service.
