Going the extra mile- Great Service

On 8March I went to Dischem dispensary to get medication. A lady was assisting me with the script. After she gave me my medication i had a few questions which she failed to answer. Fortunately she called Pleasure Mashiloane who came to assist. Pleasure went through my script as well as the medication dispensed to me and picked up that I had been given incorrect quantities on some of the tablets. He patiently explained to the lady what the script meant&ensured I received the correct doses. Thereafter he patiently explained to me how I was supposed to take the tablets.I went home& got mixed up. On 22 April i called Dischem Park Station and spoke to Pleasure. He gladly went through my script and explained how I should take the medication. I would like to applaude Pleasure for his good customer care and patience.Also he spoke with the lady that had dispenses my meds gently. He always listens and when you speak to him either in person or telephonically he always shows a jovial mood and the right attitude to help. I hope Dischem will know what a good asset they have in Pleasure Mashiloa
