Going the extra mile

<p>I would like to commend Ruan Smit on providing an excellent customer service. My wife had a transplant and is on lifetime chronic medication. Due to a technicality from another provider, my wife couldn't get her medication in time and was at nearly fatal risk. Ruan went beyond his call of duty and investigated the matter and provide a solution. Well done and thank you Ruan!</p>
