Going against the Consumer Act

Totally disgusted in this Pharmacy(Dis-Chem Cape Gate) and the attitude a client gets. Bought a machine to test my Sugar the 5th of this month and trying to use today for the first time giving me ERRORS!!! Consumer Act is clear that a electronic item is returned in 7 days of purchase a full refund or exchange must be done! NOT WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM DISCHEM AGAIN!!!! GOING AGAINST THE CONSUMER ACT OF SOUTH AFRICA TELLS A PERSON ALOT!!!!! NOW I MUST WAIT WHAT THEY DESIDE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO WITH THE PRODUCT AND SO I CAN GO IN A SUGAR COMA BECAUSE OF THEM. SITTING WITHOUT A MACHINE TO CHECK MY SUGAR.
