Long wait time in queues for the dispensary, hard and uncomfortable chairs, harsh lighting, sombre gloomy ambiance, miserable looking staff at both till-points and dispensary.

With all the money Dis-Chem makes surely they can pay their staff better or train them in the skill of customer care?

We as the paying public, bringing in the company's millions per annum, surely deserve a better experience. Having monopoly in your industry doesn't entitle you to sub-par service and tomb-like ambiance in your stores.
