Glenda Hackensburg and Anele Sinxandi are horrible people at Dischem sought gate

This morning I was at Dischem Southgate mall at 9:00 am, to update my daughters script and to also get her medication as we didn't sleep the night before . Upon arrival the staff member Glenda Hackensburg asked for my id doc I told her I left in a rush and besides I've been assisted before without producing any ID I was here last week Sunday to get meds they never asked for my ID. I was the first customer She called her manager Anele Sinxandi who just pointed the board and never punched my id to get my profile they just said to my face they won't help and threw my medical aid card at me. I told them my daughter is sick she has scripted medication through you guys and I've been getting meds without producing my id. They didn't care coz I looked a mess. If was in my make up and I'm sure they were going to help. I'm writing this with a heavy heart as I love Dischem and the fact that they assist me before without fail. I was assisted at Clicks without being judged. So clearly your stuff is different they treat us differently and they don't care about your clients
