Give me back my money

had a disappointing experience at Dischem,Springfield. Returned an iron on warranty for a fix or refund. Waited & waited, they first had to check whether in fact it was working/not working.Finding a plug point became an issue. Once that was verified then they had to call their supplier to ask if it was okay to accept this return. Made to wait. So i finally trudged afew doors away to the supermarket & returned & after raising my voicethe manager was called. They got an okay from their supplier that that they,the supplier ,will accept the return from Dischem.After much ado the return was processed but they REFUSED to give me another iron OR refund.I was given a credit voucher to be used next time i shopped at Dischem.With this sort of service who wants to shop for a small appliance in Dischem? Dischem,give me back my money!!!
