Gift card ****

I purchased a voucher online for 2000 and the recipient for the gift card was my mother . When my mother gets the shop we are told it's a wi code and the full balance must be used at ONCE otherwise the money is forfeited. None of that was stated on the online or on the email order confirmation. I don't even know what a wi code is and my sick mother has been standing at Dis chem like a stupid person. I want my money back I want no part of this **** where my money is taken away if I don't buy for the full amount at once. Please cancel my order and return my money
