GATEWAY DISCHEM PLEASE GET YOUR STAFF ATTITUDE SORTED

Always shocking service. Not even two months ago I complained as I was not greeted and the cashier even forgot to pack my paid items into my bag citing she "too tired". i got no apology and loads of attitude. Complained but that was probably not addressed as I went to the store yesterday. The lady DID NOT Greet me, and simply said SWIPE when she saw my rewards card. I asked her if she does not greet and ask for the card as per usual, she said she was STILL BUSY? What can of answer was that? Yes she was counting coins, but she could have greeted me, and her busy counting coins did not stop her from INSTRUCTING me to SWIPE. She did not say thank you either. I understand it not compulsory to greet or say thank you BUT it makes one feel very uncomfortable to shop under such hostile conditions as shopping at Dischem should be enjoyable. I dread going there now. Management is obviously where the training should start and filter down. I absolutely will not go to Dischem unless I am desperate where previously all my Gluten free treats and cosmetics I would get at the store. R1000;s weekly
