Furious consumer

I am disgusted in the service at Dischem Canal Walk. I called to ask about their Parmalat 1st growth milk after speaking to 3 different workers who have absolutely no telephone etiquette I was advised by a male named Cleo, that they have stock and he will keep mine at customer service. I drove all the way only to get there, no stock at customer service.. No stock in the store and nobody knows who Cleo is.
