Fuel rewards

All the people that get looard in by so-called rewards from Dischem partners think again. The Total rewards is a load of trouble as the Total App doesn’t work and Dischem doesn’t follow up with the problems. Then the area manager of Dischem Jan has the cheek to tell me he is not going to entertain me this problem any longer as he himself does not know what to do. He is just to lame to do anything about it, it is a probleem we have pointed out to Dischem in January 2022 and to date it is still not sorted out. Total called us two weeks ago to tell us they are busy with it; it is now almost the end of June and nothing is or has been done. Dischem should follow up these problems as they are the one who are rewarding the customers but it gets ignored. So Dischem rewards Customers be warned, it is just to get you to buy at Dischem, go to another Pharmacy, you will probably be more successful.
