Frustrating process to claim from Dischem Medical Insurance

I have a problem with Dischem plus medical insurance underwritten by Kaelo that doesn't want to pay for a GP visit that is listed under their provider. The Dr is Dr Werkman in Die Wilgers area and is definitely listed under their GP list. The Dr has two practice numbers *** and the correct practice number that is listed under the provider is ***. Its becoming a massive frustration due to bills are piling up and i did see the correct Dr under the Dischem list. Its not my fault that the Dr has two different practice number.
