Frustrated with the online service.

I had ordered stuff online yesterday and today received a call to let me know that there is no stock. It is now becoming really frustrating buying online as this is the second time I had this issue. Why are they advertising stuff they don't have. Hopefully someone in charge can sort this out. What's the use of an online store when they never have stock and don't update their systems stating that.
