Frustrated customer

I’m really upset with Dischem , purchased a purse on Sat at Dischem Clearwater- it’s too small went into your Northgate branch today to return it , had the purse with the tag as well as the slip , was advised they don’t stock the purse I must go back to Clearwater!!!!

The manager started telling me how small their store is compared to Clearwater- I told him I really didn’t care about the size of his store and would rather he contact your IT dept to resolve my problem-he said Head office would start asking questions !!!I a loyal Dischem customer am now inconvenienced having to go back to Clearwater which is out of my way to return the item !!

Based on this I’m reluctant to purchase anything except medicine from yourselves in case I need to return it and the store I return it to doesn’t keep the item in stock !!
