Frustrated and unhappy customers

I bought a revlon powder only to find out after two applications that its really does not suit my skin tone, i took it back as i wanted them to exchange it for the right colour im yellow toned and the powder is making me dark and red but the manager refused to exchange he/she did not even come and see what the powder does to my skin. The colour was recommended by the consultant before i bought it so i really dont get why its so difficult to exchange it. Unhappy customer
