Frustrated and screaming for my refund

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Dischem - Mall of Tembisa 04/11/2024 that has prompted me to leave a review, my recent attempt to obtain a refund left me quite frustrated. I purchased Perspirex roll-on 20ml with a card unfortunately the lady said to me the transaction did not go through can we try again with a different card machine, and I said yes because she said it will reverse back. we tried the other machine, and it went through then I showed her that the first once didn't reverse she said I must wait for few minutes or come back tomorrow if it hasn't reverse yet. before I left the store, she had called her supervisor or team leader to explain what happened they both said it will reverse but to my surprise it did not reverse until today. Monday one of the staff members called me and said the cashup team is questing for my bank statement to see if it went through twice, I sent the bank statement hoping the will see the transaction and refund me back but unfortunately NO. I would urge other potential customers to be cautious when purchasing anything from Dischem Mall of Tembisa.
