Front Line Staff at Dis-Chem Sandton City are extremely unfriendly to customers

Sandton City Dis-Chem front line staff at the self medication kiosk are extremely unfriendly, this is the second time i experience such an unfriendly experience, it's like they hate seeing clients that are waiting to be assisted, and funny enough each time i visit the Benmore branch the front line staff at that Branch are very friendly and extremely helpful. I visited the Dis-Chem at Sadton City this evening to stock up some self medication as i usually do every year around the same time, i was assisted by the short light skinned lady, she did not even have her name tag on her so i could not even see her name, it was like she was forced to come to work or maybe i am buying medication on credit and my limit has run out. I appeal to the management at that store to please speak to their staff or send them to customer service training if need be, because such behaviour makes customers feel uneasy to be assisted by such angry people.
