********** TRANSACTION - DIS-CHEM PRINCESS CROSSING

I visited DIS-CHEM PHARMACY PRINCESS CROSSING on Saturday the 07/09/2019 for self medication and was assisted by a lady named Maggie. Who seemed very nice and assisted with a smile and little did I know that time that I was falling to be de*****ed. I bought Pectrolyte syrup, Andolex Lozenges = R168.03 and Andolex spray =R113.57 in which I got the sms'z respectively. To my sudden surprise when I got to work on Monday , an email I received is confirming a transaction of R219.16 additional to the ones stated above. I DONT KNOW OF THAT TRANSACTION AND MAGGIE MUST THEN EXPLAIN WHAT SHE PROCESSED FOR HER OWN ACCOUNT UNDER MY DETAILS. This is causing a lot of frustration because this is not the first time an incident like this is happening with my details and Dischem. The same happened a few years back when I was still with Bankmed. We give these tellers our details with trust and this is what we get in the return. You might think its just a mere R219.00 , but how many people is this Maggie DE*****ING. Funny the SMS for that transaction was not sent to me, did she fiddle with the notification button ? I have the slips for the transactions I know of in case you know that. This has been taken up with Bonitas as well.
