Fourways mall dischem pathetic service

Bought a humidifier in June 2024. It stopped working. I took it in to dischem Fourways. The customer service consultant there is absolutely rude. I work in service . Customers don’t have to be treated like trash. I took a picture of my slip . The barcode and date was cut off. I pulled out a bank statement and showed them the transaction.She kept telling everyone I don’t have a slip. I called the manager and he told he can help by booking it in for repairs. I was surprised. Because she could have done the same. Pathetic customer service from dischem Fourways.
