Dis-chem (George)

Utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed by the way I was treated by two white ladies and two black security ladies who is working in Dis-chem.

I've lost all my respect for the place and wouldn't ever bother to sit my foot in there again.

I wanted to buy a few things which included two nail polishes, I then wanted to find something out at their customer care station which is in Dis-chem itself.

Suddenly I was told to go pay my nail polish first and then I can go to the customer care. I told the security lady that I wanted to buy other things as well and went to the lady at customer care.

Not even 1 minute went by and I went back to my shopping again, well I wanted to.

Suddenly the 4 ladies mentioned in the beginning of the post and others working there as well started following me and my boyfriend around and the one white lady came up to us and told us that they are closing now so I need to go pay my nail polish now and leave. (The doors was open and the man working at the door let me in so please note that the doors was still open.) Please note there were other people shopping still and people waiting in que to pay.

They made me feel like a ******** and I didn't do anything wrong. I never had this happened to me in any other store.

I didn't know how to feel, should I be mad or should I cry.

I went to put the nail polish back because I just wanted to get out of there.

As I walked out the ladies still looked at me and followed me around.

When I walked out the doors the one white lady went to customer care to find out what I wanted.

It's unacceptable, my whole experience at Dis-chem in George Gardenroute mall was unacceptable.

How can I get in touch with a manager who isn't someone who works there, someone above everyone working there perhaps?
