Feeling ****med

Today I went to buy some cosmetics at the Shop, I paid with Zapper, Transaction went off on my side but the teller said it didn’t go through. Worse part i was advised to leave my items or pay again, I was not impressed at all. Buy coz I needed the items I had to pay again, now the problem is my money is gone, I paid for the products twice while I only had to take the items for 1 payment. This is frustrating coz what if that was my last money and I needed the items disparately. Who can the company systems affect the customer. If My bank confirms that the money is out, why doesn’t that serves as proof enough. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had to came across. Now I have to wait until they reverse the money back into my account.this happened at Dischem Thavhani Mall
