Fax and email not working

<p>I had to pay for medication that is covered by medical aid as the lady at Dis chem was unable to fax a document to my medical aid. To add to this problem the consultant form the medical aid was unable to contact the pharmacy as they do not answer the phone.</p> <p>They also sent the wrong number of tablets. When I enquired about itthe lady at the pharmacy **** to her superior saying that I requested the wrong amount. I was not aware that a customer can request a diffrent amount of pills to what the doctor prescribed.</p> <p>I was also told that my profile was on the central database but when I tried to get the medication at a diffrent branch I was told that I was not on the central database.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
