Faulty product

I am extremely disappointed about their product quality. I bought a pair of headphones from them and they are broken within less than 7 days, they were very expensive and I now have to inconvenience myself by going all the way back to their store to return their product which is another cost to me. Do better! I am referring to the Dis-Chem at The Glen mall specifically. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend you buy any electronics from that store
