Faulty cosmetics

There was a cosmetic sale, half the cosmetics are damaged, the first chubby lipstick was crushed, the second, a gel eye liner had nothing in it yet it was sealed with sellotape, granted the stuff is cheap, but the least you could do is check it thoroughly before sellotaping it, thoroughly tired of this because i've let it slip more than once, no i'm not going to exchange it, but they can come to me with a new one and i'll give them the old one, just so they see that even though the stuff is R25, it's all an inconvenience to buy stuff only for it to not work.
