Faulty aircon

At this Dischem store the aircon has been absolutely unpleasantly warm and dry since this store has opened. Although there is nothing wrong with their customer service, staff or products, it is extremely difficult to have a pleasant shopping experience in this environment. Other customers have complained and even staff members has told me that they find it difficult to work in this stuffy environment, but they are too scared to complain.
