Faulsely accused

On the 30th April 2017 in Dischem at Carnival Mall, as I was leaving the store after spending over R500. I was stopped by a guy (not in Dischem uniform) and asked to go back in the store, I was told that I didn’t pay for an item, which I was shocked as I am sure I did, so I thought it was a misunderstanding and by going with the guy will manage to have it sorted. He took me to a room in the back of the shop which made me realized that something was very wrong, I asked what was going on and was told that everything is fine and I must just wait.
My handbag and I was then searched by a female security guard, I asked what they were looking for but was ignored, I then realized that I am being accused of something, as I asked the guy what they accusing me of he said that they not accusing me, but yet still can’t tell me what is going on, then I started panicking and started shouting and insisted on leaving as I was scared, they then called a manager which came into the room, when I asked him what was going on, he aggressively shouted at me to calm down.
This is when I heard the guy tell the manager that I took a cutex. I called my Father as I was scared, he sent my mother. When she arrived, she wanted to come into the room but they closed the door on her, she banged on the door and pushed it open, the manager aggressively shouted at my mother and threatened to remove her from Dischem for life, and refused to give her any information as to why I was being detained. I spoke to my mother over the manager to calm down and just wait a little, my mother called my dad as she realized there is trouble, when my dad got there, the managers mood changed and he was nicer to us (***ist) he then explained to my parents what was happening and showed them the footage which I was not allowed to see at any time while being detained without my parents, as they kept blocking my view. When they showed my parents the footage and I was able to see, I could understand why they found my behaviour suspicious. I was doodling around the shop “****ing” time as I was waiting for my mom and dad’s movie to finish.
From one of the cameras angels you can she me fidgeting with my jersey and handbag- where they guy was under the impression I took something out of my basket and place it into my handbag, but from the other angel you can clearly see nothing is wrong. The manager then said to my Dad that we can leave. My mother requested an apology and he said “sorry but the investigation will continue”, we said fine as I just wanted to leave. I asked the manager to refund me the stuff I bought as I wanted nothing from Dischem. We left.
My mom wanted to report the incident to Dischem Head office as we feel that both her and I were mistreated by the Manager. My dad went back to get the managers name, which he then refused to give to him.
He then accused me a second time of *****ing – this time a cream which he said I placed an empty box on the shelve and that he could see it on the camera “apparently, I was holding the cream under my phone. It is impossible for me to hold something under my phone and still type as I have the IPhone 7 and not very big hands. They showed my dad the footage which only shows a white dot and the empty box.
I do understand they are just doing their job, but the fact that I was accused twice for two different things at different times and was treated like a ******** by a Manager of Dischem even when on camera they could not find any evidenced and after searching me and my handbag could not find anything they still accuse me.
This has Emotionally destroyed me as a human and I have never felt so humiliated in my life before, I am so afraid of even going into a shop and looking around or taking goods from the shelve and putting it back, in the slight change that this happens to me again. I understand there are ********* out there but surely people must first investigate and have the facts in order, before treating a person as if they are.
