False promotional advertising of products at Dischem Groblersdal Mall

On 21 Feb 2023 I went to groblersdal mall Dischem excited about the promotion running which ends on the 12th of Mar 2023. When I picked my items and went to pay they didn't scan with the advertised promotional price and the supervisor helping gave me attitude that she won't help me and that I must take something else while on the sale leaflet it clearly stated sanex zero assorted for R150 and I had to sadly leave them and I was ****ed then again it was not the first time something like that happening there at that Dischem Groblersdal Mall. They place promotion that doesn't scan through and mind you we travel to get there just to get disappointed with bad customer service from the supervisors. I had to move to clicks for a promotion similar to that but what hurts was that the one product I wanted was at Dischem.
