False Positve on Dis-Chem's Medic+ Pregnancy Test

I had a devastating miscarriage in the first week of February 2020. I wanted to try and get pregnant again as soon as possible and bought Dis-Chem's Medic+ Pregnancy Test (3 pack) end of February 2020 at Dis-chem Fleurdal Mall, Bloemfontein. On the 4th of March 2020 I used the first test in the Pregnancy Test pack to confirm that the pregnancy hormone is no longer in my body, and I got a Not (-) result, which confirmed that I was not pregnant. After having my 1st period after my miscarriage in middle March 2020, I started using home ovulation tests and tried to get pregnant. Yesterday, on the 9th of April 2020, I used the second test in the Pregnancy Test pack to see if I was pregnant and the result was Yes (+), which means that I am pregnant. My husband and I were ecstatic and so thankful that I could get pregnant again. I unfortunately had this bad feeling that the test is not very reliable as I have read a couple of other reviews of this specific pregnancy test on hellopeter where woman got false positive results. I then went back to the mall yesterday to buy a Clearblue digital pregnancy test as that was the test I used to confirm my first pregnancy and had faith in the product. This morning, on the 10th of April 2020, I used the Clearblue digital pregnancy test as well as the third test of the Dis-chem Medic+ Pregnancy Test pack, and BOTH tests were negative. I am so devastated and feel as if I am going through the loss of pregnancy again. My period is due in 2 days, so it is not as if I had a miscarriage which could have caused the conflicting results. I am furious that this has happened to me after everything I have been through. I have not only lost faith in the Dis-chem Medic+ Pregnancy Test pack, but also in Dischem as a supplier. They should seriously remove this product from all of their stores to prevent this tragedy from happening to any other woman.
