Emailed prescription for collection - I followed up for email received - put on hold - received - i advised them to confirm all in order and no payments required as Day 1 has approved the chronic medication.I follow up again and collection was ready and nothing was mentioned.My driver went to collect - upon collection was told a levy fee had to be paid - requested assist with my dischem cash back points to be used as I have lost my card , re allocated from JNB to BFN and already provided my dis chem card number - Charlene put me to the front where card division to assist - where as well a new card could not be provided , where i need to collect my medication - now put on hold that i have to come into the store whereby it inconvenienced myself already.No support , communication false...
