False adverti*****t Online

I must say , I am very disgusted in how my order was handled and I am not willing to accept this nonsense especially because this is the second time this has happened.

I am not sure if your online platform is just a **** to get us to the stores and purchase things we don't even want .

I placed an order on the 28/08/2024 which the reference is on the subject . I'm sure you should be able to view what it is , that's if your system is even working . Yesterday 29/08/2024 morning I followed up on my order as the status was still saying processing online . I called your customer care on *** and I was informed that my order was received at Alberton . I double checked this as I had to drive to the store .

When my partner got there he was informed that there's no such order , they haven't received this item and the item has been out of stock for a while now. Prior to this Alberton City had told me that this item is no longer available, what is online is false and they can't get it for me . I showed them that it was available online and they stuck to their story ,that is why I proceeded and placed this order myself online . No attempt to even contact your head office or even customer care to verify anything .

My partner was made to choose something else by the store , which I didn't sign up for . Without the store even escalating this query further , but just told sorry we can't help you . I will not accept this kind of service from any service provider / store , it is nonsense and it is disgusting .

Here are my questions : 1. If the item is unavailable online , why advertise it , especially when your store stresses that it's been out of stock for a while . 2. Again why allow me to order it , process it online and take payment for goods you do not have . 3. When I contacted your customer care , why was my order confirmed and I was informed that it was received (what exactly was received )? 4. This morning I received a message that my order is being picked . Make me understand what this is and what exactly is being picked . 5. Your sales people in store are ****** lazy , have lack of interest whatsoever and all they quick to do is sell people what they feel like.

I will not accept this nonsense from Dischem , I want the goods I purchased or you can refund me my money thank you .
