False advertising - poor online management of product availability!

Very very disappointed. I have ordered Bob-martin Super Fine cat sand since it was shown as available on their web-ordering. The first time they could only supply 6 of the 10 bags I ordered. Refund was NOT done into my bank account, but I was given a store credit. When I again ordered a month later their online store showed the product was available. I ordered and paid for the order just to get another call to inform me that they do not have stock of the same product as what is shown online as available. Extremely poorly managed if they advertise an online service with product and then they actually do not have the stock!!!!! I also had to request that the refund be paid back into my bank account and not put on store credit, since why would I want store credit if they cannot supply the product I require?!
