False advertising

I'm really disappointed with how Dischem has handled my case. I registered my pregnancy on the App. When i got to the store after purchasing for R2500, the store i bought from had said the registration on the App when i did it ,it does not show, they asked me to re do the process,it failed ,they logged a call the beginning of May till this day,the head office has not got back to them. So why advertise the baby and me programme if you cannot deliver on your promises or bother to respond to your own stores as they depend on you,they cant do anything
