False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

False Advertising!!

Pampers Premium Care nappies are marked down by 20% for R194,99 if you go on their website which has ALWAYS been online and instore... I go in store to buy them in special, I get told that it’s only for online purchase??! All of a sudden??? But then the normal pampers nappies are marked down on website and in store from R209 to R164 ?? How is that right!!?? I then show them that it says nothing about it just being online and that the normal pampers is marked down online and in store! They then ring up the pampers premium care after I showed them the special for the normal pampers... guess what?? The pampers premium was also marked down in store!!! But no specials advertised in store for them??? Shocking advertising!!! And shocking that your employees don’t know their specials for their stores!!! I am a mother of 2 Kids who uses pampers premium care, so I always check for specials and dischem is always where I go!! So I am absolutely baffled at how they want to argue with a CUSTOMER!!!!!

Yet again, disgusting service from dischem bracken gardens!!! Your doors say 19h00 yet it was 18h20 and you have the audacity to close the doors in my face??? And tell me to **** off?? And you take a piece of paper and write 18h30 and stick it on the door??? Absolutely ****en disgusting how this dischem treats their customers!! And then I still get ignored by your staff after I ask to speak to your manager??? Then get told I will speak to nobody!! ****en disgusting people at this place! All *********** employees! All I wanted to buy was some baby vicks rub because my son is sick yet you couldn’t even help me with that small little favour?? Great ****en customer service, you should all be without jobs.
